Sagely offers unmatched flexibility, featuring seven spacious pods, each equipped with two dedicated compartments for morning and evening doses. Whether you are at home, heading to the office, or traveling for a long weekend, each pod can be effortlessly removed and become a portable daily companion.

In pursuit of personalized beauty, where users take full control of their formulas, CO.8 reimagined how cosmetics are created and experienced at home. The Pump and Compact Container are made from this vision of customization, reflecting through how the product is dispensed, stored, and used. As accessories to the CO.8 device, they reflect the same precision, elegance, and user-first philosophy, turning functional tools into beautiful extensions of the experience.
Design for Manufacturing (Dfm)
Every component was designed with manufacturability in mind. We minimized part counts, standardized dimensions, and used snap-fit assemblies to reduce tooling complexity. Materials were carefully selected for compatibility with high-volume injection molding while meeting cosmetic-grade standards. The result is a product line that balances high-end design with efficient, repeatable production—delivering beauty without compromise at scale.
Visualization
Every detail of CO.8 was designed with intention. Translucent finishes subtly reveal formula tones, while minimal geometry reinforces the core design language. Through digital sketches, 3D models, and renderings, we explored materials, ergonomics, and visual balance to ensure the components feel premium, intuitive, and seamlessly integrated into the system.
pROTOTYPING
We brought CO.8 to life through rapid iterations using 3D prints, hand-assembled units, and functional testing. Each prototype was evaluated for form, fit, fluid dynamics, airtightness, and usability. We tested real formulas, adjusted tolerances, refined mechanisms, and validated that every press and twist felt just right. The result is a set of tools that look beautiful and perform flawlessly.
Engineering
Behind CO.8’s clean exterior is a sophisticated system designed for performance and longevity. The Pump features an airless mechanism that ensures accurate, hygienic dispensing while reducing waste and extending product shelf life. The Compact Container uses a secure, airtight seal to keep custom formulas fresh and protected during everyday use. Both components are modular and refillable designs that are easy to clean and built to last.
Concept Development
